The Client shall pay the entire sum, including the VAT in the store. The company shall prepare a Tax-Free form for the Client to claim a VAT refund during the sale.
The Client shall visit the Information Desk in Aqua Florya within 7 days as of the billing date. The Client shall get a refund of up to 500 liras via delivering the Tax-Free form to the Tax-Free spot in Information Desk in Aqua Florya via filling the credit card information, which is enabled for internet shopping. The name on the credit card must be the same as the name on all documents. The Client shall present the products, a passport, and a tax-free form at the customs while leaving the country.
Note: In case the Client does not leave the country within 21 days, the VAT shall be claimed from the Client`s credit card due to Global Blue`s decisions.
